- Provide a welcoming, interesting and educational experience for all visitors
- Address all fellow volunteers and visitors with enthusiasm and respect
- Accurately and efficiently sell Charlotte Trolley merchandise using cash register and credit card machine
- Answer phone and face-to-face inquiries from those interested in Charlotte Trolley
